Conditions: SPE was performed in 96-well plate format using CHROMABOND® MULTI 96 C18 ec plates with CHROMABOND® MULTI 96 vacuum manifold, REF 738630.M. The eluates were collected in 2 mL polypropylene tube strips (MN recommendation: 96-deep-well collecting plate (polypropylene) 96 x 2 ml, REF 738650.5).
Column conditioning: 3 x 1 mL acetontrile, then 3 x 1 mL acetonitrile – 0.1 % aqueous TFA (50:50, v/v), at last 3 x 1 mL 0.1 % aqueous TFA
Sample aspiration: The prepared peptide solution was passed slowly through the stationary phase by a slight vacuum.
Washing: 3 x 1 mL 0.1 % aqueous TFA
Elution: 1 mL acetonitrile – 0.1 % aqueous TFA (25:75, v/v)
